Delete your Orvia account
You can request deletion here, even if Orvia is no longer installed.
What happens
- Orvia stops renewal of subscriptions linked to this account before finishing deletion. This does not issue a refund.
- Your hosted identity, sessions, usage, allowance, and recoverable purchase tokens are deleted. Hosted access ends when your request is accepted.
- Conversations, notes, widgets, and other data stored only on your phone stay there. Clear app storage or uninstall Orvia to remove those separately.
- Hashed sign-in and billing identifiers, plus a deletion receipt, are kept for 180 days to handle late billing events and repeated requests, then removed automatically.
